1 Offices:

1.1 Registered Office and Registered Agent:
|
|
The registered office of the Association shall be located in the District of
Columbia at such place as may be fixed from time to time by the Board of
Directors upon filing of such notices as may be required by law, and the
registered agent shall have a business office identical with such registered
office. The registered office of the Association as of the time these Bylaws are
adopted is InCorp Corporation in Washington, DC.

1.2 Other Offices:
|
| The Association may have such other
offices, either within or without the District of Columbia as the
Board of Directors may designate or as the business of the
Association may require. |
