2.6 Notice of Meeting:

The President or Board when calling an annual or special meeting of the
Association shall cause to be delivered to each Designated Representative
entitled to vote at the meeting, by electronic notification or by mail, not less
than ten (10) nor more than seventy (70) days before the meeting, stating the
place, day and hour of the meeting, and in the case of a special meeting, the
purpose or purposes for which the meeting is called.

2.7 Voting Lists:

| The Secretary of the Association shall
make a complete list of the member groups entitled to vote at
each meeting of Association or any adjournment thereof or any
election conducted by ballot, arranged in alphabetical order,
with the address of each, the name of the Designated
Representative of each, and the number of users belonging to
each. Such list shall be produced and kept open at the time and
place of the meeting and shall be subject to the inspection of
any member group's Designated Representative during the whole
time of the meeting for the purposes thereof.
