By Board of Directors' resolution, Advisors may be paid their expenses, if any,
of attendance at each Advisor Board meeting but not a fixed sum for attendance
at each Advisor Board meeting nor a stated salary as advisor or officer or any
combination of the foregoing. No such payment shall preclude any Advisor from
serving the Association in any other capacity and receiving compensation
therefor at no more than normal market rates. Advisors must ask the board of
directors for any expenditure on non-budgeted funds.
