The co-chairs of the APCUG Website contest -- Lori Berenson and Barbara Manning were pleased to receive 77 valid entries for the contest. Entries were sorted by membership into four categories: Very Large – for UG’s with more than 250 members, Large – 249 to 100 members, Medium – 99 to 50 members and Small – 50 or fewer members. A total of 6 judges examimed the sites against the criteria set down in previous years. The winners are: More than 250 members (Very Large) 1st place - Tucson Computer Society 2nd place - Tri County Computer Users Group 3rd place - Charlotte County Computer Group Corporation 249 to 100 members (Large) 1st place - TUGNET User's Group Network 2nd place - Brookdale Computer Users Group 3rd place - PC Community 99 to 50 members (Medium) 1st place - Fredericksburg PC Users Group 2nd place - Amador Computer Users Group 3rd place - Western New York Computer Society Fewer than 50 members (Small) 1st place - ASCIi Group 2nd place - Southwest International PCC 3rd place - Utah Computer Society Congratulations to all the winners and to everyone who entered the contest.
