FRIENDS OF APCUG
What is “Friends of APCUG” ?
Since 1996, the “Friends of APCUG” program has facilitated direct
contributions from both personal computer user groups and individuals to help
cover APCUG expenses and outreach opportunities within the APCUG community.
APCUG will gratefully accept any amount you or your user group can afford. All
contributions made to “Friends of APCUG” are tax deductible: 501 (c) (3).
2006 FRIENDS OF APCUG RAFFLE
Tickets to be offered at the Annual Conference
Stop by the “Friends of APCUG” booth at the annual conference and pick
up a 2006 Friends of APCUG raffle ticket. The cost of a ticket is only $25.
Tickets will be on sale January 2-4 at specified times, check with Steve P for
schedule.
What do I get for my $25?
Each ticket you purchase for $25 (cash or check only) provides the
following:
1. You receive a 2006 tax receipt for your $25 donation to Friends of
APCUG.
2. You receive a software collection on CD containing at least the
following titles:
(to be mailed to you between Jan 25 and
January 31, 2006). An estimated 200 collections will be mailed out. Alternative
prizes will be mailed once these run out.
3. Each ticket purchased will also entitle you to an entry into the
Friends of APCUG special drawing for a software collection consisting of: Corel WordPerfect Office, Pinnacle Studio,
Quicken, McAfee AntiVirus, and much more! Drawing to be held Wednesday night January 4th,
2006 and 5 lucky folks will win this collection.
If you are not attending the 2006 Conference in January have no fear! An similar contest is in the works for spring/summer 2006
for APCUG wide participation. More details to follow in a future issue of APCUG
