September 1, 2007, is the date for you to start submitting your website URLs, newsletters and Digital Photos for these competitive events. The procrastinators will have until October 15, 2007, to get their entries in. In the next issue of Reports we will have complete details as to where you will be able to submit your contest entries as well as the rules and judging criteria for each contest.
The results of the competition will be announced at the APCUG’s Annual Conference, January 3 – 6, 2008 in Las Vegas; you do not need to be present to win. After the conference, the results will be posted on the website (http://www.apcug.net)and sent out via NOOZ and Reports. All submitted Digital Photos will be on display at the conference. All winners will receive a Certificate of Participation; 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place winners will receive plaques as well as the appropriate 2007 contest logos for the web and newsletters to use on the group’s newsletter or website.
