Gabe's Gadgets Grabbag
by Gabe Goldberg, Advisor
ggoldberg@apcug.net

I'm a professional writer. Some writing clients are boomer and senior-oriented venues such as (formerly) AARP's Computers and Technology Web site and presently Compu-KISS (www.compukiss.com), a technology-oriented Web site for seniors, and Guide to Retirement Living Sourcebook (www.retirement-living.com/) a print publication covering senior housing and lifestyle topics.

So I have the opportunity to write about all sorts of interesting, useful, and fun areas of technology. I assembled a number of these into a presentation which I've given several times to SIGs of my home user group, Capital PC User Group, as well as a number of other Region 2 groups. I thought it worth sharing my list of gadgets for folks to peruse on their own or perhaps review and present to their groups.

Notes: Technology evolves. What's leading-edge becomes commodity and then obsolete. Competitors arise which surpass original versions. If you like these items, make sure you're looking at current products.

Shop smart, compare alternative models and prices online.

URLs are omitted for commodity items.
