We Need You...

APCUG is here to help its member User Groups. APCUG directors and advisors - they are all former or current User Group officers. And, the search is on.....we're looking for people who are passionate and committed to the User Group movement to help lead APCUG. This year we're seeking candidates to fill three Director positions and seven Advisor positions.

The Job

Directors - APCUG's Board of Directors is the direct management arm of the organization. Directors participate in the daily operation of APCUG; each serves a three-year term.

Advisors - The Board of Advisors is APCUG's direct link to its member User Groups. Each Advisor is assigned a geographical region and is the liaison between APCUG and the User Groups or acts as the User Group's ombudsman, if necessary. Each Advisor serves a two-year term.

Each Director and Advisor participates in at least one monthly online meeting, (Advisors meet online on the 3rd Sunday of each month and Directors meet the 4th Sunday) and are encouraged to serve the organization as either an officer of their respective board or a member of a committee.

The Right Stuff

What it takes for either position is a desire to see our Member User Groups succeed.
